A study of one line or area. It finds the constraint on the floor, quantifies it, and delivers a sequenced set of no-capital moves your team can execute, with the evidence behind every step.
Assessment + Simulation Study
Fixed fee. Four weeks.
The Assessment extended with a discrete-event simulation model validated against the line's own measured behavior. Moves are tested before the floor commits, and the model shows where the constraint moves next, which is what makes the larger scheduling and staffing decisions safe to take.
Multi-Site Engagement
Scoped per engagement, typically 6-10 weeks.
The Assessment method scaled across lines or sites. Validated models test rate increases, shift additions, and capacity decisions before money is spent.

Who runs the work
The practice is Daniil Tchistiakov, an industrial engineer who optimized production and built product to rate inside Boeing Fabrication, then worked as a management consultant across diverse manufacturing plants and as a simulation practitioner modeling lines before decisions get expensive. Every engagement starts the same way, on the floor, walking the line.
